Swim Cow Safer Swimmer Guarantee

The Swim Cow Safer Swimmer Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) only applies to children without physical or psychological disabilities and who are at least 2.5 years old.

The Guarantee only applies when (i) a package of 12 or more Swim Lessons (a “Lesson Package”) has been purchased, (ii) a minimum of two 45-minute Swim Lessons have been completed each week, and (iii) the entire Lesson Package has been completed within 6 weeks.

The Guarantee does not apply if the student does not complete the Lesson Package as provided above, does not stay engaged during each Swim Lesson, or if the pool does not meet our 82° F minimum for all Swim Lessons.

You must inform us via email to info@swimcow.com no more than 72 hours after completion of the Lesson Package that the Guarantee has not been met in order to qualify for free Swim Lessons.

The Guarantee shall provide a maximum of 3 free Swim Lessons, which Swim Lessons must be scheduled with the same Swim Instructor Member for a minimum of 2 times per week. There is no cash value to the free Swim Lessons, and they cannot be carried over to the next season.

Our goal is to instill children with the confidence and skills to become safer swimmers. We do not want to subject a child who is not physically or psychologically ready to learn how to swim to a time-sensitive learning environment that may add pressure and stress to their experience.

Physical or psychological disabilities include, but are not limited to, the following: autism, down syndrome, low IQ, brain injury, mild to severe sensory issues, problems with motor skills, difficulty processing information, attention issues, anxiety, or any other condition that might physically or psychologically impede the process of learning to swim.

If a Swim Instructor Member determines your child is not a good fit for Swim Lessons due to an extreme water fear, attention issues, difficulty processing information, or any other condition that might physically or psychologically impede the process of learning to swim, we have the right to cancel the Guarantee at any time.
